Becoming a better hockey player is not accomplished during the season. The opportunity to improve starts right now.
This training program will run twice a week. The focus of the activities will primarily be on sprinting, plyometrics and developing your core.
June 3 & 5 @ 6-8pm
June 9, 10, 16, 18, 23 & 25 @ 7-9am
July 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 22, 28 & 30 @ 7-9am
We meet on the track at the high school. This program will be run by coaches Darrell Schulte and Ralph Norrgard. It will be open to current high school hockey players, bantams and pee wees. Bring appropriate clothes and water to drink.
There will be no fee this time around, but you are encouraged to join the Vikings Blue Line Club.
